Becoming a Vistarian citizen is a quick, easy and completely free process that involves submitting an application to the Presidential Office.

There is a different process for confirming your Vistarian citizenship by birth or marriage.

Requirements

The requirements to become a Vistarian citizen are:

• That you are aged 13 or over (and have parental consent if you are aged under 16)
• That you are not a sanctioned person or a citizen of a sanctioned nation (some exclusions apply)

Beyond this, citizenship is awarded at the Presidential Office’s discretion. There is no guarantee of, or right to, Vistarian citizenship unless you acquire it at birth or through marriage.
