Council of Nations

The Council of Nations is the institution of the Kingdom of Vistaria through which decisions concerning the Kingdom as a whole are made by its constituent Nations. It consists of the Koru and the Head of Government of each constituent Nation.

The Council of Nations is responsible for:

• Admission of new constituent Nations
• Removal of constituent Nations
• Citizenship requirements, procedures and status
• Constitutional amendments
• Constitutional relationships of constituent Nations
• Matters concerning the powers and status of constituent Nations
• Representing the collective position of the constituent Nations
• Submitting petitions to the Royal Council
