BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE KORU, and in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Vistaria and the Royal Order on the Koruship and Royal Titles, this Royal Order is enacted to grant royal titles and dignities in recognition of service to the nations of the Koruship.

On October 1, 2026 at 20:45 UTC+2.

Section 1 – Princess of Hokoria

  1. Sakura Walsh, former Koru of the Hokorian State, is hereby granted the title Princess of Hokoria.
  2. She shall hold the style Her Royal Highness.
  3. Her full title and style shall be Her Royal Highness The Princess of Hokoria.
  4. The title shall be held for life and shall not be hereditary.

Section 2 – Prince of Lorc’h

  1. Arōnis nan Rūvas, former Koro of the Hokorian State and former Koro of the Commonwealth of Lorc’h, is hereby granted the title Prince of Lorc’h.
  2. He shall hold the style His Royal Highness.
  3. His full title and style shall be His Royal Highness The Prince of Lorc’h.
  4. The title shall be held for life and shall not be hereditary.

Section 3 – Prince of Serenia

  1. Christopher Slant, Governor of Serenia, is hereby granted the title Prince of Serenia.
  2. He shall hold the style His Royal Highness.
  3. His full title and style shall be His Royal Highness The Prince of Serenia.
  4. The title shall be held for life and shall not be hereditary.
  5. The title of Prince of Serenia shall be separate from the office of Governor of Serenia and shall continue to be held if Christopher Slant ceases to hold that office.

Section 4 – Effect of the titles

  1. The titles granted by this Royal Order are personal royal dignities of the Koruship.
  2. The titles shall not grant governmental authority, ownership of territory or any right of succession to the office of Koru.
  3. The holders of these titles shall not become part of the Koruship merely by holding them.
  4. The titles shall take precedence in accordance with any order of precedence established by the Koru.

Section 5 – Final provisions

  1. This Royal Order may be cited as the Royal Titles Order 2026.
  2. This Royal Order shall come into force immediately upon its enactment.
